The 2016 vintage was particularly harmonious. A very hot and dry summer allowed the development of ruby-colored wines. These wines with a delicate nose have developed scents of vanilla and blackcurrant during their aging in oak barrels. With age, spicy notes appear. On the palate, the attack is smooth and the tannins are supple.

Saint Emilion is located on the right bank and the most cultivated grape varieties are Merlot and Cabernet Franc. With soils with a clay-limestone influence, wines are born which delight with their aromas of ripe black fruits and spices like pepper and cinnamon. On the palate, it is sweet with present and round tannins. Ideal for elegant moments.
Château Duhart-Milon's second wine is selected from the same foundations as the great wine. Beautiful deep dark color. The nose, still discreet, reveals beautiful roasted notes. This is followed by aromas of very ripe red fruits, namely fresh cherries. In the mouth the notes remain delicate. The wine gains all its amplitude, maintaining a beautiful harmony. The sweetness of the end is characteristic of this year 2019. A wine that will show its full potential around 2026/2029.
Blackcurrant, blackberries, black cherries on the first nose, then notes of brioche, toast, espresso on aeration. The palate is dense, with a very seductive coated tannic structure. The freshness of the Cabernet Sauvignon gives length to the assembly, which leaves lingering notes of black fruit in the mouth. An 18th century mansion, Fonbadet is one of the few castles in the Medoc to be surrounded by a vast park, with an interesting variety of trees, many of which are rarely seen in the region.
Still aging in oak, the wine is of a pale color. The nose is full of lovely aromatic notes of grapefruit, lychee, mango and pineapple. In addition, flavors of lime, toasted almond, and acacia flower can be detected. The palate is fresh and mineral but an incredible density to the wine imparts a long finish. Beautiful pale-yellow colour with youthful glints of green. The nose is reserved before aeration, but already offers a glimpse of a very fresh wine. On aeration, the Sauvignon aromas emerge first. They are classic with a hint of exoticism. Then come more flowery notes of Sémillon. The oak is very well-integrated. On the palate, the attack offers volume without being excessive, and reveals a pleasant, tight structure. This is an R that will be remembered: simultaneously lively and delicate, with superb length!
A fresh and fine wine, vinified at the Mouton Cadet Winery Centre, full of rich aromas, ideal as an aperitif, with oysters or with grilled fish.
The colour is a glittering light yellow. The highly complex and elegant nose reveals ripe fruit aromas mingled with notes of acacia blossom. From a clean, well-defined attack on peach and apricot flavours, the mid-palate displays a harmonious balance between acidity and a silky texture. The finish is mineral and very long.
Aile d’Argent 2012 reveals ripe Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon aromas and flavours, combining passion fruit and pineapple together with white peach and pear, lifted by slightly buttery, finely toasted notes. Displaying attractive minerality and length, Aile d’Argent 2012 may be considered an exceptional vintage.

This Bordeaux Blanc Franc Beausejour is produced from Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon grapes grown in the Bordeaux region of France. With fermentation and maturation in stainless steel tanks, Franc Beauséjour Blanc delights us with its straw yellow color with a fruity taste reminiscent of pear and green apple. Medium-bodied, it is a wine that will harmoniously accompany seafood, grilled fish and Japanese sushi and sashimi.
Mouton Cadet Blanc is made from rigorously selected grapes grown by our partner winegrowers in the Entre-Deux-Mers, the best area for white grape varieties in the Bordeaux region. Baron Philippe de Rothschild's winemakers monitor the selected parcels throughout the vegetation cycle, advising the growers on vineyard practices in order to meet the exacting quality standards of Mouton Cadet.
The monitoring of the vineyard and the grape harvest, the evolution of the methods of vinification and aging allowed us to round and soften the wine more, to refine the tannins, to increase their consistency in the mouth, to bring smoothness and bring toasted notes to the wine, while retaining the aromatic expression of ripe red fruit, characteristic of Mouton Cadet.
Each appellation selected by the Baron Philippe de Rothschild team has a unique terroir. For Mouton Cadet Heritage the limestone soils of Entre-Deux-Mers and the Premières Côtes de Bordeaux produce wines of refinement, while the clay soils around Blaye give fuller-bodied wines. The gravelly soils of Côtes de Bourg and the south of Entre-Deux-Mers bring elegance and freshness to the Cabernet Sauvignon grapes.
Deep purple colour. The nose is flattering dominated by soft spicy notes, grilled almonds and discreet toasted scents. In mouth it is well-balanced, round, medium structure with soft tannins. Peppery aromas at the end.
Ripe red berries, plum cherry leather & raspberry. Expressive and firm with a full and generous tannic structure. Lovely finish. This Côtes de Castillon is soft, fruity and finely tannic, obtained from a breeding at the cellars Saint Roch; the result is a traditional high-class wine.
Graves is the only Bordeaux region famous for both red and white wines. This white blend is predominantly made from Semillon with about 15% sauvignon to add fresh acidity and 5% Muscadelle for its floral quality. Matured in oak for 4 months.

Situated on the edge of Pomerol, this superb Lalande de Pomerol is dense and resinous, as well as unctuous and smooth, with a lot of charm due to the aromas that only this region offers. With aromas of black fruits, it is a concentrated and vigorous wine in the mouth, with delicate but striking tannins and a long and pleasant finish.
The frank and round attack, accompanied by a dense and velvety tannic structure, make this Château Clarke 2012 a safe bet! THE COLOR A beautiful purple color with a violet edge. THE NOSE Intense and complex, the nose is dominated by aromas of fresh fruit (black currant, black cherry) mixed with fine woody notes. When swirling, a fresh, minty side develops, accompanied by a small hint of licorice. IN THE MOUTH The attack is frank and round. This vintage is one of the oldest from the very old soil of Graves. It is located on a high point of the commune of Léognan, composed of a gravelly slightly inclined soil towards the North-West, and perfectly drained.
The wine is characterized by the harmony between the very soft and very fine structure and the complex aroma given by the soil of the Graves. The wine has great charm. It will be possible to drink it in the next few years but it really should be kept. It will age remarkably.
