Characteristics: Night sales in boxes of 20 kg. Selection table. Grape peel maceration for 4/5 hours at 10ºC. Fermentation in new French oak barrels.
Aging: Aged on fine French oak sediments for 6 months with frequent bâtonnages.
Color: Bright and clean yellow with green highlights.
Nose: Very complex and potent with ripe fruit, hints of citrus and tropical fruits, sweet spices, anise and fennel, smoked vanilla and yeast notes.
Mouth: Fresh, intense, expressive, creamy, with vanilla, with good acidity, balanced, long finish and slightly smoked.
Serving Temperature: 9º - 12ºC.
