Le Dix a une belle robe rouge intense, lumineuse et profonde. Le nez est complexe, avec des arômes de cerise noire, de fraise mûre et de prune, soulignés par une pointe de bois, avec des notes délicates de cèdre, de graphite et de chocolat noir. En bouche, ce grand millésime se révèle dans toute sa splendeur, avec des tanins souples et fermes et, grâce aux nuits fraîches de Los Vascos, une certaine acidité pour accompagner cet équilibre. Sans doute l'un des meilleurs millésimes de la décennie. Servir à 16-18°C

VINEYARD SITUATION
Denomination: Colchagua Chile
The vineyard extends from the coastal mountain range to the Andes Mountains.
The Mediterranean climate and the exceptional terroirs of this area make Colchagua a unique region for the quality of its wines.
The Los Vascos farm is located at the foot of the coastal mountain range, 200 km southwest of Santiago, in the coldest area of Colchagua where the vineyards benefit from the natural freshness coming from the Pacific Ocean.
Terroir :
Le Dix comes mainly from a batch of old Cabernet Sauvignon vines called El Fraile, which means the Monk.
Nestled in the heart of the vineyard, the vines are planted with high density and produce grapes of great quality and remarkable concentration.
The lot is completed by a selection of Syrah and Carménère that bring great complexity to the wine.
Serve at 16-18°C
