After 14 months of aging in new French oak barrels, only 3,200 bottles were produced. This special edition has an opaque violet color, with aromas of ripe fruit and spices. In the mouth it is broad, dense and silky, with mature tannins and a persistent finish, revealing its full aging potential.
JÁ TE DISSE (I already told you) is a wine of limited production and of superior quality, with a lot of manual intervention in the vineyard and little correction in the cellar.
The Special Edition of Alicante Bouschet 2020 is born from the selection of the best bunches from each vineyard and after aging in French oak barrels.
