This cuvée is made from a blend of grapes exclusively from the Domaine des Grands Chemins. The plots are all located on the “Chassis” terraces, at the Rhône/Isère confluence.
The color is deep, garnet in color with purple tints. On the nose, the aromas of stewed black fruits (black cherry, blackberry and blackcurrant) combine with smoky and liquorice notes,
typical of the Chassis sector.
In the retro-nasal olfaction, against a background of minerality, some notes of eucalyptus and menthol appear.
On the palate, the "serious" combines with the "gourmandise": the attack reveals freshness and liveliness. The material is tannic but dense, fleshy, almost silky. The balance is real.
This cuvée is made from a blend of grapes exclusively from the Domaine des Grands Chemins. The plots are all located on the “Chassis” terraces, at the Rhône/Isère confluence.
All the aromas present at the olfactory stage are revealed, creating a beautiful complexity, rich and faithful to the original terroir of the Domaine des Grands Chemins.
The very structure of this wine, as well as its aromatic persistence, give it real aging potential.
