Los Vascos Sauvignon Blanc presents a pale yellow color with glints of green, very characteristic of the variety. Aromas of melon, green apple, pineapple, and lime are underscored by spicy, herby notes such as lemongrass and lemon verbena. On the palate, this wine reveals great volume and structure.
Los Vascos’s Chardonnay is a fresh, delicate wine, with a harmonious, fruity bouquet. The vineyard’s own Chardonnay grapes are complemented by a selection of grapes from the Casablanca Valley, further north between Santiago and Valparaiso. Flavourful, fresh and pleasant, this wine has an appealing character with good length of fruit. The nose offers an explosion of aromas with notes of melon, banana, grapefruit and exotic fruit.
The Encounter between Terroir and Know-How from Baron Philippe de Rothschild, Anderra Cabernet Sauvignon is part of a new range of Chilean wines, produced in the foothills of the Andes; it's structured, complex and concentrated with a long finish. Full-bodied and smooth, delicately floral with underlying black berry confit, pleasant herbal spiciness, and some licorice. Juicy, ripe cherry fruit and red berry with well integrated tannins. This has ripe fruit that gives a sweet edge. Good balance. This is a versatile food wine.
Cabernet Sauvignon is the classic grape of Los Vascos’ vineyard and is the variety on which the estate has built its reputation. The common feature of all the vintages is ripe fruit, fresh aromas, and a supple, full-bodied structure. This wine has a sparkling ruby red colour and a pleasantly fruity nose with aromas of black cherries, raspberries and plums, all with a hint of spice. This is a silky, flavourful wine, with a supple tannin structure. A great classic.
This impressive Cromas elevates the Carmenère grape to an exclusive level of quality. The Los Vascos technical team, together with the Domaines Barons de Rothschild (Lafite), identified a terroir with ideal conditions for Chile's most emblematic grape, right at the foot of the Cordillera de la Costa. The perfectly ripe grapes fully absorb the 12 months in oak barrels, resulting in a powerful, complex wine full of ripe fruit notes. "One of the best buys" for James Suckling who scored this vintage with 91 points.
Le Dix has a beautiful intense, bright, deep red colour. The nose is complex, with aromas of black cherry, ripe strawberry and plum, underscored by a hint of oak, with delicate notes of cedar, graphite and dark chocolate. On the palate, this great vintage is revealed in all its splendour, with soft, firm tannins and, thanks to the cool nights at Los Vascos, some acidity to accompany this balance. Without doubt one of the best vintages of the decade.

Aromas of blueberries, blackberries and fresh flowers. Very cool and pure. Medium-bodied with fine, linear and very integrated tannins that are compressed and silky-textured. New second wine of Almaviva. Needs time to open. Try after 2024.- James Suckling 94 JS / 93+ WA
Seña was born as a result of a joint venture between Eduardo Chadwick and Robert Mondavi in 1995, who had the dream of creating a wine that showed Chile's full potential, a wine that would be welcomed, over time, among the world's Premier Crus. Modeled in the style of Bordeaux, it would have a Chilean soul offered by the Carménère grape and cultivated according to the principles of biodynamic agriculture in the Aconcagua Valley.
Epu is the second wine from Almaviva, emblematic estate of Chile, born in 1997 from the collaboration between Philippine de Rothschild (owner of Grands Crus Bordelais, Chateau Mouton Rothschild, Clerc Million...) and Concha y Toro, emblem of Chilean wine. EPU 2020 is a sublimely accessible vintage to discover the perfection of wines from the star estate of Puente Alto. Epu 2020 is made from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (81%), Carmenere (12%), Merlot (5%) e Cabernet Franc (2%). The wine is aged in one-year-old French oak barrels, which were used to age the property's first wine for 12 months.
A particularly dry year, 2020 began with a cold, dry winter, resulting in late bud break, particularly during the first two weeks of October. Spring and summer were marked by high temperatures, but also by drought. These conditions favored a rapid maturation of the vine and an early harvest, which ended three to four weeks earlier than in recent years. Despite this extreme climate and thanks to the rigor of the teams, the 2020 vintage reveals a fruity structure, a fresh expression and a rare tension. 98 points James Suckling 96 points Robert Parker
Beautiful aromas of black currant and cassis with notes of cigar box, pepper, chocolate and peppermint. Medium to full-bodied and elegant on the palate with silky tannins 98 points James Suckling 96 points Robert Parker
The Best of Two Cultures and 96 Points Robert Parker Made from a blend of three classic Bordeaux varieties - where Cabernet Sauvignon predominates - Almaviva is the result of the fortunate encounter between two cultures. Chile offers its land, its climate, and its vineyards, while France contributes with the technical knowledge of winemaking and its traditions. The result is a wine of exceptional elegance and complexity. Its launch was a huge boost for the development of Chilean wines in international markets.
